At Pleasure Island Photo LLC, I specialize in professional real estate digital media marketing, thoughtfully crafted to elevate your brand and highlight each property at its best. This work isn’t just a career—it’s my full-time passion and area of expertise.
With more than 20 years of experience in customer-focused business operations and a proven history of producing high-impact content, I understand what it takes to deliver results. I’ve had the privilege of photographing thousands of properties, completing over 500 residential and commercial projects annually. My clients include top-performing realtors who rely on me for consistently high-quality marketing materials that reflect their standards of professionalism and excellence.

To ensure exceptional results, I use some of the most trusted and advanced tools in the industry. For photography, I shoot with the Sony A7RV camera paired with Sony’s G Master 12-24mm and 16-35mm lenses, which are among the best available for architectural and real estate photography.

My 3D virtual tours are powered by the Matterport Pro 3 camera—an industry leader for immersive, detailed walkthroughs that help buyers connect with properties online.
As a licensed and insured FAA-certified drone pilot, I offer aerial imagery using the DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cinema drone, with additional options including the Mini Pro 4 and Avata 2 FPV drone for specialized perspectives.
